Andrew Young, born on July 29, 1970, in Wellesley, Massachusetts, grew up in a family that valued education, with his father being a professor at MIT. He developed a love for sports, which taught him discipline and teamwork. After attending Boston College, Andrew started his career in technology staffing, then shifted to biotechnology staffing, recognizing the industry’s need for specialized expertise.
He founded BioBridges, LLC, to connect biopharma companies with skilled professionals, later building on this success by founding NovusLife. Currently, Andrew is the CEO and Managing Partner of Conjugate Group, a biotechnology staffing firm that offers flexible, fractional staffing solutions for biopharma companies. His leadership has positioned Conjugate Group as a trusted partner in the industry, known for delivering results.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys active pursuits like golfing, skiing, and strategic conflict simulation games. With over 20 years of experience, he continues to drive success for clients in the biopharma field.
